This before and after image was used in a murder case which led to the conviction of the suspect.

This tard, a nearly transparent micro-organism, is extremely difficult to image. On top is the raw image, on the bottom an enhanced image specifically processed to make the features of the mouth visible. This work was done for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

This image shows NR16020, Amelia Earhart´s airplane, taxiing in preparation for her last takeoff. This image shows her belly antenna masts in place.  Subsequent images as she becomes airborne moments later show these same masts missing. In between her taxi and takeoff, a puff of smoke can be seen under the airplanes belly, which is probably an antenna mast striking the ground, ripping the antenna from the belly.
